We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or made a wrong selection.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
Keep your proof of purchase -e.g. your receipt (this is required).
As well as fulfilling the consumer law requirements, out of good will to our customers we will also provide the following:
Where goods are not faulty an exchange or store credit may be given;
For faulty goods that we are unable to test in store, we retain the right to have them sent away for testing before a refund or replacement is provided.
